Awful. I will never go there again. I had to wait for hours because they insisted on car insurance claim information and then they charged my private insurance anyway.

I went in for ear pain and the doctor said it looked “red with some fluid” Told me to take Claritin D for two weeks. Well two weeks later I have full blown ear infection and they want another $60 copay to look at it and write an antibiotic script!! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE THEY MISS DIAGNOSE ALL THE TIME!!! Man these guys are awesome! I sliced my hand quite badly and I found the services and care to be exceptional! I was a little worried and they calmed me down! My nurse "Maggie" was awesome and she was professional and did a great job. My Dr. (Rock) was amazing! I can't recommend these guys strongly enough!
Was at Mercy ER...was told 6 to 8 hour wait. Left to go to Wilbraham Urgent Care. Walked in at 4pm. Saw Dr. Jackel, got x-rayed, got butterflied and bandaged, out the door at 4:40pm. Love this place.🤕🦋🕓🔧💜#fastservice #greatstaff #nowaiting #nopain
