I took my son to this Urgent Care of Palm Beach,yesterday,he had a big cut inside his gum,because of the braces!..Dr.Rex Noble tried to stop the bleeding and prescribed antibiotics.,gave us a spongefoam(2),for the bleeding..today I,called back asking for more spongefoam,but they said they can't give me more!!.. this type of spongefoam are not available in pharmacy,because are medical supplies and I had to buy another simple gauze to my son.The point is,how an Urgent Care can't give more compassion to a pacient(child),that ne... read more
I visited the WPB location this morning for my 2.5 year old daughter with a UTI. From the initial phone call inquiring about cost and policies to the visit and then my call afterward to be sure I gave the correct pharmacy phone number every interaction was helpful, courteous, and professional.
Had surprise ailments on vacation. Great care! Great facility!
