Worst Experience ever in a Medical Facility – I would much rather give a no star rating, however it makes you pick at least one. I was sent to Oklahoma Heart in Tulsa from my physician after he diagnosed me with unstable angina, and with a family history of heart disease wanted to make sure we rule out that I was having early stages considering I'm only 34. Wonderful care and informative staff – It came by surprise when my mother had a sudden heart attack and was sent to Hillcrest OK Heart Institute, but she has been given the utmost care and thoroughly informative staff. The nurses have a tender care while also being continuous in the patient's care. The 2nd floor nursing staff are exceptional individuals and not just as nurses. I was refered by my family doctor. – I was referred there by my family physican. And I didnt know what to accept from the time I got there to the time I left. I had a MRI and a CT. And I was informed right befoe each procedure. I hated not knowing what was going to happening to me. I had to get these injections in my back. A Good Urgent Care Surprise in Surprise – Advantage Urgent Care has for years been the best urgent care facility in Metro Phoenix and the West Valley. I was impressed with how quickly I was greeted and seen, and their professionalism is extremely high. They take nearly all insurance, and they take people without insurance, too. Highly recommended.
Do Not Go To This Clinic if You Need Pain Management – I saw Dr Kalvin White and he is the worst doctor ever. All he wants to do is procedures (whatever makes him the most money) and he did nothing to help get my pain under control. He treated me like my pain was not real, and when I told him where it hurt, he said "Ive never heard of that before." Primacare cheated me out of 210.00 from me – Before going I checked out primacare to see if they provided service other than urgent care and the website stated that “In fact, many people consider PrimaCare their main health care source”. Since it PrimaCare was convenient I went and the lady checking me in said they see people for colds all the time and see would call and verify me insurance.
