When I arrived at the clinic I was greeted and given paperwork to fill out. Everyone was friendly and professional and I was in and out within 1 hour. I would definitely recommend NextCare Urgent Care.
I always feel like I'm in the right place at NextCare Urgent Care. The waiting room has plenty of seating, so you don't have to sit right next to someone else who isn't feeling well. I am able to make an appointment, which really saves waiting time. They text when it's time to be there, too! Everyone in the facility is friendly and easy to work with. They seem genuinely concerned for my health and want me to feel better. I have an urgent care location closer to my home, but this one is my absolute favorite.
I have visited Prima Care several times, each time I have ever came there, they have always been efficient, confidential, and caring. They treat me like I am the only one in the clinic. I always know if they are busy and running behind, I will still be treated like I am number 1. My expectations were completely exceeded by the doctors and staff at Urgent Care of Papillion. They did such a great job taking care of me I will definitely come back in the future if needed.
I was in and out in no time at all. I brought my child in and saw provider Yen Luu. Absolutely love her. I'll always come here.
