The staff here was so friendly, and the doctor was the nicest that could be. They got us in, prescribed what I needed and got us out. Will definitely be using them for future needs.

Very nice & professional - called me the next day to be sure I had gotten a derm appt scheduled.
Was very disappointed. I went in because I suspected I had something lodged in my ear. ( cotton) Was informed they did not take my insurance , which in itself was not a big deal, but I have blue cross blue shield. I was told they take that kind but not my particular policy. I'm not even clear on what that means. I've never had that issue with my ins. before. I then was told it would cost me $88 just to have them look at my ear. My husband went in to see the doctor on 9-11-14. The doctors contract with BCBS had an "issue". My husband went or called each month to take care of the balance. The billing clerk was never in or he had to leave a message for 9 months!!! I finally talk to her today...after they threaten to send us to small claims court. She was RUDE!!! Our phone call got cut off. So I called back...stated who I was and that I was hung up on. She then proceeded to jump down my throat and say how rude I was! I love this place. The staff is amazing. They take their time to see what hurts. Very special group of people.
