CALLED IN TO VERIFY THEIR HOURS ON A SUNDAY. THIS WAS AT 4:15 PM AND THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK SAID THEY CLOSE AT 6, BUT YOU HAVE TO CHECK IN BY 5:30. DROVE 45 MIN TO GET OUR CHILD CARED FOR AND THEY HAD CLOSED BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T BUSY FOR 2 HRS. CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE, OBVIOUSLY THE LADY AT HE FRONT DESK WAS READY TO GO HOME AND FORGOT TO MENTION THAT SOMEONE WAS COMING IN. HAD WE NOT RECEIVED REALLY GOOD CARE IN THE PAST, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A 1.

Have been there twice, once with Danton, they wouldn't see us since he had a swollen stomach. Makayla had a fever of 104, since she was a new patient and they close in 20 minutes, they refused to see her.
Couple weeks ago I came in with my little boy. He shut his finger in the front door. He was better than I was. I was a shaken mess. When we got there Dana at the front desk checked us in and I couldn't find my card and had left my purse in a hurry to get there. She was so helpful and when I thought I wouldn't be able to find my info she already had found it and let me know we were good to go. That means a lot to a mom in a panic!!! Had to wait over two hours just to do a drug test. Receptionist was rude, bathroom was filthy. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Sad what our healthcare has become.
Fast friendly help. Was in and out in no time. Everyone was super nice. Will definitely use them again.
I took my daughter in this morning because she has been running fever since Friday off and on. Was informed after the fact of paying my copay up front that she had a $88.00 balance that I was unaware of $48.00 of the balance. Just received a bill in the mail Saturday for $40.83 which I had no problem paying since I had the invoice for. I refused to pay the $48.00 bill because I haven't even received an eob on it yet and I have to have a statement because I get reembursed on the doctor bills. Went in with extreme dizziness and what I am sure was a full blown panic attack with it. I had to fill out new paperwork and haggle with them about an old balance that I didn't even know I had. I didn't mind paying that once I was able to comprehend in my dizzy/panicked mind. I honestly thought my blood sugar was spiraling out of control.
