I normally go to the Downey one but I always get sorta pushed aside and never feel at ease with the results I used to get told when I had abdominal pain that it was in my head and I ended up coming to this one it was a 45 min drive but it was worth it miss CHERIE ANN VANHUSE looked out for me and found out the issue then again I had the same situation with Downey that i got sweeped aside and given some medication I was told I didn’t even need but doctor Mark A. Just another Kaiser with incredibly rude staff. You can be dying in the urgent care waiting room and no body will help. All of Kaiser has been horrible for years. Cheapest? Maybe. Rudest? Absolutely. Health care should be kind and caring. I was told if my chest pains hurt that bad go to the ER. The ER has a 4-6 hour waiting period sign on the front desk. Such a joke. Kaiser is the worst healthcare you can get.

I I was born at Kaiser here in Southern California, and over the years I’ve visited many Kaiser facilities. My overall stay at Kaiser Cadillac was outstanding, I was very ill, and they took exceptionally good care of me. In fact, while many people complain about hospital food, I actually enjoyed it. I appreciated being given a menu with options to choose from, including vegan, vegetarian, and meat selections. Whether you’re an omnivore or have specific dietary preferences, they make sure you’re well taken care of.

I arrived for an infection Sunday morning 30 min after opening and was seen and given a prescription and booster shot in under an hour. I understand wait times can really be hit or miss depending on how busy it can be but judging by all the people who were already waiting before me I think the front desk, nurses and doctors ran the waiting room very efficiently.

I was born at Kaiser! I was seen, discharged and picked up what I needed within 1 1/2 hours. There have been times 8 have been there longer or shorter. Overall, very pleased.
