We recently moved from Canada to San Diego, and today was our first visit to Kaiser Permanente for my child's medical care. From the front desk staff to the pediatrician, Dr. Yousif Robert, everyone was so kind and patient, and the service was incredibly efficient. We only waited ten minutes to see the doctor, which would be impossible in Canada. The staff even blew up balloons to help ease my child's anxiety.
