Was visiting San Diego from the Bay Area when I needed urgent care. Back home, walk-in visits usually mean long waits or having to book an appointment in advance, so I almost didn’t go. This location didn’t require an appointment, and I was in and out in under an hour. The staff took care of my issue quickly and professionally, and I could relax and enjoy the rest of my trip without worrying about it. Really appreciated how smooth the process was — highly recommend if you need urgent care while traveling.
