After reading reviews, I was scared that I would be waiting for hours just to be seen but I went on a weekday evening around 5PM, and I was seen after 15-20 min and got all the care I needed that day. The nurses were so kind and made sure I was taken care of. I’m sure there are busier days than others but I think the staff do all they can to take care of their patients. Thank you KP Ontario Urgent Care team!
I have PPO 100% coverage and I had to wait 3.5 hours to see a damn doctor that’s ridiculous! If I didn’t ask the nurse I would have never been seen. Of course all the excuses and lies! Because of this experience I’m terminating my coverage with them immediately.
SHEENA DHADWAL DO is incompetent. Apparently doesn’t know a dosing on fluconazole for my positive fungal test therefore she can’t help me. She could have easily asked for expertise elsewhere since she clearly lacks it. Left the building with 0 medication simply due to her not knowing a simple fungal medication dosing. Can’t make this up, kept it very respectful btw but this outrageous.
