I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Kaiser urgent care in California. I arrived around 5:00 PM and spent approximately six to seven hours waiting. Although the staff’s behavior was polite and respectful, I felt that the actual care and concern for the patient were seriously lacking. It seemed like they were only following procedures and did not show enough urgency or concern about how the patient was feeling. After reading reviews, I was scared that I would be waiting for hours just to be seen but I went on a weekday evening around 5PM, and I was seen after 15-20 min and got all the care I needed that day. The nurses were so kind and made sure I was taken care of. I’m sure there are busier days than others but I think the staff do all they can to take care of their patients. Thank you KP Ontario Urgent Care team!
I have PPO 100% coverage and I had to wait 3.5 hours to see a damn doctor that’s ridiculous! If I didn’t ask the nurse I would have never been seen. Of course all the excuses and lies! Because of this experience I’m terminating my coverage with them immediately.
