My Husband went in for red spots all over his body, fever and a swollen neck. Waited for hours for Doctor to come to room and all she said was it looks like bug bites. No other explanation.. it’s winter! Not a lot of bugs. She must have got her degree online. This is Kaiser for you.
5-hour wait, subpar care, including delay in administering relief and internal miscommunication between staff, and follow-up instructions not sent to care team, as intended, until I called to inquire about scheduling myself
I’ve had to hit urgent care 3x in the last 6 months. One receptionist checking folks in. They’re also supposed to check in imaging patients who have no different line than urgent care. Despite “no imaging staff on weekends” being the reason.. it’s not even 330p on a Friday. Security guards requiring metal detector check but also taking phone calls so they require folks to get out of line and back in. Service is beyond terrible. Do better Kaiser.
