Had a great experience here, with very little wait time. The doctor was very kind and I felt heard at all times.
Came in with severe UTI pain and waited over 5 hours without being checked. I was in extreme pain, crying the whole time, and felt completely ignored. No one updated me, checked on me, or showed any compassion while I was clearly suffering. When someone comes with the pain, they deserve basic care, communication, and empathy. This experience was very disappointing and honestly heartbreaking. Please do better, Kaiser, because no patient should feel this helpless while asking for medical help.
Extremely long waiting times. Took 3.5 hours for 10 minutes of visit. First made us wait in the lobby for 2.5 hours and then in the room for another 1 hour.
Why call it urgent care if there’s 30 people waiting to be seen?
