We real need more unguent care in Everett medical center. There are too many people on the line.
Had a great experience of visiting UC with Kaiser. I went there on Sunday afternoon. I didn’t even have time to sit when I was called in. The doctors were professional and polite. I got diagnosed and was scheduled for surgery the following day. The communication was on point
Just a shout out to the staff and neurosurgeon who drove from Seattle to advise us. Thats above and beyond!!! Thank you all so much!!!
Great except the security office
Absolutely horrible woman named Denise is a nurse there. She has zero respect for patients and interrupted me constantly. I asked her to please stop and listen and she still continued to argue and accuse me of interrupting her, which was not the case. Then finally I asked several more times if she could just please listen to what I was saying and Denise went silent, then said "Ok I'm listening!" In a rude tone.
