The only thing urgent here is them trying to take your money
I visited this urgent care frequently for around a year complaining of intense stomach pain. No surprise to anyone, I waited around 5 hours each time to receive care (even when being wheeled in by wheelchair with my body completely slumped and going in and out of consciousness from the pain.) One day the stomach pain came back worse than ever and I was not about to put myself through that wait again so I visited the hospital. We are new to KP and unfortunately this urgent care center has been a deeply disappointing experience. Coming from Providence and Swedish, the contrast in care is stark. Wait times were unnecessarily long, the facilities were unclean, and the staff demonstrated little regard for basic courtesy or compassion. The nurse who discharged me today, did not even introduce his name and just handed my AVS and said "you can go" without asking my name, without asking me if i have questions.
2 hours wait time to be seen and 2 more hours of wait time once you’re inside the room. After waiting for 4 hours, we were sent with no diagnosis and no meds prescribed
