Absolutely horrible woman named Denise is a nurse there. She has zero respect for patients and interrupted me constantly. I asked her to please stop and listen and she still continued to argue and accuse me of interrupting her, which was not the case. Then finally I asked several more times if she could just please listen to what I was saying and Denise went silent, then said "Ok I'm listening!" In a rude tone. Had a great experience here, with very little wait time. The doctor was very kind and I felt heard at all times.

Came in with severe UTI pain and waited over 5 hours without being checked. I was in extreme pain, crying the whole time, and felt completely ignored. No one updated me, checked on me, or showed any compassion while I was clearly suffering. When someone comes with the pain, they deserve basic care, communication, and empathy. This experience was very disappointing and honestly heartbreaking. Please do better, Kaiser, because no patient should feel this helpless while asking for medical help.

Extremely long waiting times. Took 3.5 hours for 10 minutes of visit. First made us wait in the lobby for 2.5 hours and then in the room for another 1 hour.
