They have been fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure my issue was taken care of properly! Ellen, the PA was top notch! Wait was shorter than expected!
I went in because I had an allergic reaction that caused my throat to swell and my cheeks and lip. Then, I walk in and they said it would be an hour and a half. They call me up to ask my symptoms so I told them and they still made me wait 2+ hours to see a doctor when I was crying and was having a hard time breathing and you could clearly tell that my face was swollen. Never again.. not one person in the waiting room.. still here after a hour and a half, walked outside of my room and the MA is just sitting there.. yes, just sitting there.. I had strongly suggest for her to do my flu test.. still waiting .. now we are at 1.45 minutes.. I even reserved my time online.. this used to be the place to go.. never again ..
The wait time is way too long. And I went on line to reserve my spot. 11:00 appt - still haven't seen the dr.
