Terrible experience. 9:40am appointment. Almost 2 hour wait to finally see the nurse practitioner for 90 seconds for swimmers ear. Absurd! Will never go back.
Excellent care from the receptionist to the CRNP. He examined, and explained everything. Very happy with the care my daughter received.
The medical receptionist was very professional and nice from the first moment on the phone. The nurse was very gentle and friendly with my son. The Nurse Practitioner came in welcoming and very warm. She was very informative about my son’s sickness. They did an amazing job. Thanks again ladies. May God bless you all!
My 3 year old daughter, fell. Ended up needing 3 stitches. Grow ups can barely stand stitches!!! But, the staff was patient, and very informative. Would definitely recommend this facility for your children's emergency.
