Highly impressed with everything! I was given the wrong medication earlier in the week for bronchitis from another urgent care and kept getting worse. Nurse practitioner listened to everything I had to say, added some new medications and in a couple hours was already feeling better!
The BEST experience I've had in a clinic in a very, very long time. The facility itself is amazing. Very friendly, comfortable, and well designed with both adults and children in mind. I had virtually no waiting time after my paperwork was processed. I was seen by Tosha Wolfe who checked me out thoroughly and provided me with an appropriate amount of time to ask my questions and express my concerns. Best care in town! In and out in a very efficient manner and with the best quality care you can get! Such caring and attentive staff who know that when you come and see them this isn't your best day but when you can leave with a smile! Can't beat care like that!
I can't say enough good about the new office in town. It was so nice having a doctor that sit & listened & genuinely cared. Dr. Shafe was amazing. How many dr's would give you a business card with their cell number and tell you to call after hours if you have any questions?. The pharmacist had to call him with a question on one of my scripts, and she even commented on how she couldn't believe she got to talk to the doctor and how nice he was.
