The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They got us right in. Doctor Shafe was very attentive and I can't say enough good things about him!
Exceptional Staff and facilities. Was seen very quickly, and my son told me it was the best doctor visit he has ever had. The staff has went above and beyond!! We have found our new urgent care home!
What a relief to have another option in town! I've never been in and out of an urgent care facility so quickly, yet have the level of care we received. Jessie (nurse) was wonderful with my daughter, as was Sandy (nurse practitioner) - both were so kind to her. They were great people, very nice, I got in and out with no problem! Prefer them over mosaic.
It was fantastic to show up and not have to wait forever to get in and see someone. Dr McFarlin listened and got me taken care of quickly. Great facility!
Was so thankful for Urgent Care Express today! I was seen quickly, and they were very professional and caring. I felt like they really wanted to help me figure out what was causing my symptoms, as well as help me get quick relief. I would definitely recommend them!
I was extremely excited to have another Urgent Care clinic in St. Joe. The facility is nice, comfortable, and clean, but our wait time was very long (approximately 2 hours). We also received our bill and the charges were DOUBLE what the Mosaic Urgent Care clinic charged for the EXACT same services (I compared EOB's). Would love to come back, but with the charges being so high, it is unlikely.
Took my daughter there this morning and the facility was incredible! Amazing staff and play area for children. The service is honestly best In This town. Will definitely be coming back!!
