We just went to the Alameda Urgent Care today, and this would be our 3 or 4th visit over the past couple of years. We have had nothing but great interactions with all employees and docs here. They are lovely and patient over the phone and in person. My family is really thankful that Alameda has this place, as our regular pediatrician is a bit of a drive and can't always see us right away.
