Staff was amazing and extremely pleasant. Kaitlyn is very thorough and explains everything. Very pleased with this location.
Urgent Care just refused to see us because we had MassHealth even though they state that they accept the insurance. We were turned away and told to get a doctor’s referral for an “Urgent Care”…. just ridiculous
5 years now of waiting on the phone every single time for 30-40 minutes.. and finishing a telemedicine appointment with doctor and her forgetting to order the medications we just discussed. I would have left years ago but even as a nurse it's incredibly hard to get a new MD/NP. Primary Care here is the worst!
