I have been to Newark 24/7 at least 5 times at this point. I have an extremely weak immune system so I catch illnesses like its my job (college will do that) and I have never ONCE been let down. I have never felt more seen and heard by medical staff at an urgent care in my life, they have treated me far better than most hospitals have. I was not belittled, minimized, or talked down to. I’ve been here a couple of times, and each visit has been excellent. Back in May, I went in with severe pain, and they quickly did an ultrasound and discovered I needed my gallbladder removed. Six months later, I returned, and they found kidney stones. The staff have always been professional, attentive, and compassionate. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously, and the tests and results were explained clearly. Going to here was much easier and less stressful than going straight to the hospital. I was there for chest pain and with 1/2 hr I was on my way to hospital because they knew I needed special blood tests. Dr was very kind and so were nurses and receptionist. Everyone that had a negative comment, I’m sorry but I’ve never had a bad experience.
