I am somewhat of a regularly here as a chronically ill college student who gets mystery ailments and pain. My condition is also on the rarer side, so sometimes the causes of my symptoms are extra confusing due to lack of research, but they have never taken that out on me here nor been rude. Is the wait long sometimes? Of course, but the staff are always incredibly kind- and my first time visiting for ear pain when I was sobbing while waiting a nurse interrupted to check on me and offered me an ibuprofen shot. We were very happy with our experience. In and out in an hour. PA and nurse knew exactly what was needed for my husband's ears. He went in with alot of discomfort and left feeling better.
The staff were very friendly and they were able to help me quickly. I was seen by Dr. John Hafycz and he took the time to communicate with me and come up with a plan together. I was also cared for by Janell Fuentes, and nurse Kathy who were great with bedside manner as well! Very pleased with my experience here.
