We continue to use Newark Urgent Care for any of our urgent medical needs because of their professionalism and the competence of the staff. I wish to express particular kudos to Cornelius, medical assistant, and Suzette,, PA, who addressed my medical issue today. They gave me the best possible care.
Excellent urgent care!!! Nurses, XR techs, doctors, PAs and staff at the front desk were all kind and knowledgeable. They were all kind, compassionate, and prompt with their care. Even with a full waiting room, they still got me in and out in under 1.5 hours. Highly recommend.
Went in at midnight tonight vomiting with severe nausea! The tech at the front noticed how uncomfortable I was, took the time to go over to check me out. Got the process going quickly got me back to a room. While waiting on Dr, the nurse brought me in some Zofran. Felt so much better before Dr came into see me. All staff was so compassionate , and even though they were busy they still gave me the time I needed. Thank you to the staff, you all were wonderful
