Called to ask if they accepted my insurance I was placed on hold for 10 minutes without being given an answer the phone call was disconnected when I called back my call was ignored
I recently visited the urgent care clinic and had an excellent experience. The facility was immaculately clean, which immediately put me at ease. The service was incredibly fast; I was seen promptly without a long wait. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my visit. They took great care of me, addressing all my concerns with professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone in need of prompt and caring medical attention.
My friend came in for a r*pe kit and the lady at the desk was just like “hehehe sorry we don’t have that” with a stupid smile on her face without offering any kind of assistance or telling us where we could get help. Never going here for anything after that. Train your medical receptionists to be more helpful and/or have a soul please
