Took my dog who was having a great stoke and the medical tech immediately came to my car to pick him up and start working on him. He was in critical condition and they were able to save my boy. I was parked right in front an ran in there asking for help. He stood in the hospital for 2 days. Took him for a follow up the following week and he was back to normal health. This was by far the worst vet experience i’ve ever had. We went in simply to get flea treatment for our cat. The front desk was unfriendly and the doctor was extremely rude, condescending and unhelpful. He only looked at the shoulder blade area of our cat and said he didn’t see any so she didn’t have fleas and said they must just be in the environment and then explained how we need to clean our house (which we were obviously already doing) and wouldn’t give us the prescription, said to wait a few days and then call if it was... read more
This place and their staff are a GEM! My pup wasn't in the best shape and our normal vet didn't have availability but recommended Animal Urgent Care. I initially went to a different urgent care that quoted me $200 and a 2 hour wait. I called Animal Urgent Care to check availability. They were able to see us in the next 30 minutes and their exam fee was only $135.
