This is the worse care center ever. I call and try to get prescription s nd told they will. It's Ben three times and still nothing. I get the answering service and no call back. An told are out of meds but they don't seem to care. First time there star in room for four hours. They never checked. This is not acceptable.

Helpful staff , very kind , and professional. Office was very busy . But once you get in reasonably fast service.
My husband & I have been seeing Dr. L for years and I can't say enough of good things about him or the staff. The wait time there doesn't really bother me like it does some but I'd rather know that I'm gonna get care &.concern when Dr. L and his nurses walk into my room to take care of me. Just today my hubby, Keith had to be seen and even though it was time for Dr. L to leave for the day, he gave his all to check Keith's legs and was really concerned about his recent fall. Dr. Lokkesmoe fixes my ear when I fell a it split away from my head. He was kind and gentle. No scarring!
Dr Lokkesmoe is one of the kindest and caring doctors I have had the pleasure of knowing. It is not easy juggling a multitude of patients with varying illness/injury complaints with sincere concern and competence. What might be viewed as "a few patients in the waiting room/clinic" could possibly be in fact one very ill/injured patient in a room. I've waited hours in the past for a scheduled visit with other doctors so I would definitely wait a few hours for unplanned/unscheduled "excellent care".
Each time I’ve been to this facility, I’m told they’re short staffed, I am going to start going to a new urgent care facility. I’ve been sitting in the wait room since 2:15 pm and let the receptionist know I’ve been waiting an hour, (bear in mind, the waiting room isn’t busy at all only a few people) her response was “well you can go somewhere else then and be seen.....” wow. Takes too long to get in and out. After almost 4 hours of waiting, testing/receiving results, I was sent back to sit in the waiting room to “check out”. Need to work on efficiency.
Definitely give it two thumbs up. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
