Been here waiting in a room for more than an hour for a doctor to come in to come see my daughter. When asked why is taking so long, response was due to other people had more urgent needs and had to go in front. I thought this is urgent care, not emergency room. What happen to first come, first serve? If you don’t have time to waste from your short vacation, go somewhere else.
The first thing I will comment on is how friendly, caring and thorough the staff were to me. The next is how frustrated I felt when the doctor would not listen to me and my history with Sinus infections and wanted to immediately do a Covid test on me. I am the patient and I know my body when it gets sinus infections. Of course I tested negative and knew it would come back negative. Then the doctor labeled it as a viral infection.
