Urgent Care Of Kansas City is worth trying I walked in, there was hardly anyone there, and within 15 minutes was seen by the doctor. much quicker than a regular dr visit. the staff and everyone was very nice. definately will go again.
Urgent Care Of Kansas City is definitely worth using Exactly what you would hope and expect from an urgent care office. Definitely a great alternative to the emergency room--we got out of there in just a fraction of the time, and at a small fraction of the cost, an ER visit would have taken all three times we've been there so far.

Urgent Care Of Kansas City is so far so good Just read all the reviews below. I went to U.C. because my doctor was on vacation. My son had what we thought was an infected bug bite on his stomach. We were there probably 1 1/2 hours. We saw Dr. Moe. She seemed ok. Her nurse, Eric was very friendly as was the receptionist. She lanced the infected bug bite, cleaned it up, gave a script for an antibiotic and we were on our way. I got a call 6 days later stating my son has MRSA! Hate it!! Dr Frank is my pcp and yet i can never get a appointment with him.I have to go to urgent care just to be seen which is a load of bull, its just a way for him to have to charge me urgent care fees instead of the normal office visit fees he needs to have office hours for his primary patients
Urgent Care Of Kansas City is helpful and available I've only been one time but can tell you that the facility was clean and neat. I was greeted upon my entry into the building. The desk staff was polite and helpful. The doctor I saw (Dr. Johnson) was friendly helpful and caring. I went to the urgent care location because MY doctor isnt available Tues, Wed or Fridays (golf days?) So was pleased that I had such an available, professional alternative on short notice. Better than family physician! Excellent service. Much better than my relaxed, 'no sense of urgency' family physician office. Urgent Care diagnosed mono for my daughter on first visit. Took family physician three visits and they still didn't find it. I gave up on them and someone suggested Urgent Care in Independence. Two trips to my doctor and bronchitis wasn't diagnosed. Dr. Frank and the staff are wonderful!!! Dr. Frank and the staff I dealt with were thorough, professional, and personable. I have no complaints with this office. My family and I will be using them for any other problems we might have.
The nurse at urgent care is awsome my son was very sick and i went in to the urgant care and the place was packed: I was like oh god this is going to take for ever, The front desk person just asked my for my paper work( not smiling). This poor nurse ( i believe David) was running and trying to do things, the whole time he had a smile on his face and when i did get called back in he took time and talked to me like a human being, and my son was scared and crying...
