refuse to take insurance for covid testingor visit and will not participate in the FDA free testing. They charge 200.00 for a test they get for 5.00 according to the price the manufacturer says that sell them for They are taking full advantage of people in a pandemic. EVERYWHERE else is FREE! Don't waste your time with these people pocketing money. NextCare and First point for example are both FREE and get you in the same day!!! in and out
RecommendedMy young adult son came in for Covid Test and Rapid Strep. With his symptoms they ruled out other possibilities in a very intelligent manner. They are so busy yet don’t treat you like just a number like other Urgent Care places. I’m beyond impressed and grateful to this AMAZING staff! He did test positive for step and waiting for Covid results. This will always be my go to and hope they keep the same staff here! Thank you!
the staff was friendly and helpful. the wait just for a covid test was an hour and a half, in my car. that was the only negative today after my visit

They were very friendly and helpful.
They must be extremely short staffed. I took my dad to have a problem looked at. Nobody at front desk. Waited 5-10 minutes then hollered down hallway to see of anyone was there. It was a while longer before someone with surgical gloves on both hands stuck his head out & said they were doing a procedure. Decided it wasn’t worth waiting, & left. Good thing it wasn’t really urgent.
Zero doctors on staff that can prescribe needed medications, only nurse practitioners that have enough credentials to write you a script for over-the-counter medicine. Headed to the ER since zero was done to help me today.
I was seen here today and was in and out in 10 minutes... the doctor came in and barely looked at me. didnt shake my hand or say hello. her attire was unprofessional and she just wrote me my script and sent me away... the nurse was very friendly and professional though. that's about the only positive part of the experience.
This urgent care used to be great. But now you go in tell them what is wrong and just prescribe you anything to get you out the door. There is no talking about anything and the doctor just walks out and you’re done. I saw dr Johnson and she was very unprofessional and did not care about the issues I had.
