I sat in the room waiting for the doctor for 25 mins then I left.
I realize that this urgent care/family practice clinic is somewhat new in their approach, but I honestly can't praise them enough to express my gratitude. I first accessed their clinic approximately 2 months ago and in that time I have been consistently floored by their, well, consistent effectiveness. The best clinic around. They listen, they’re patient, they care… and you actually get care. I owe a lot to this clinic.
Super grateful to this clinic for getting me in within 2 hours. Woke up with an acutely swollen face, received very needed antibiotics to stop the infection. I felt greatly relieved to get help on time. With the current healthcare crisis, it isn't easy to feel heard, thank you for making me feel like my health matters
We are from out of province, and given the doctor shortage in Canada, we were more than impressed by this clinic. Although it took many, many calls (busy signals) to get through to book an appointment, once connected with reception, they were kind and professional. We got an appointment with an exceptional nurse practitioner, who after examination sent my husband for an xray.
