I had an appointment at 9:10 for a different issue, but the day before I developed severe leg pain and could barely walk. I arrived at 9:25 due to traffic and my condition. The receptionist could clearly see I was struggling to walk, but still refused to let me see the doctor. I asked if I could wait in case the doctor could fit me in or if a quick prescription was possible, but every request was dismissed without even checking with the doctor. Terrible service. I called yesterday and was told to call today for an appointment. I called again right at 8 AM, and the staff was extremely rude and refused to listen to anything I said. She kept repeating that there were “more people on the line” and told me to call tomorrow again. This is now the second day of being pushed away with no help at all. Completely unprofessional and uncaring clinic.
Very lovely staffs from the receptionist to the doctors! Everyone so kind and helpful ❤️
