Towards the end of my lease, they ignored my requests when I told them my wall was damaged. My bathroom ceiling COLLAPSED and when I moved out a month early because the unit was inhabitable, they STOLE half of my deposit. They wanted to steal my whole deposit but "settled." They are the worst of the worst. Slumlords with hazardous units. Disgustingly stingy, so you know which kind of people you're dealing with. Hope the law catches up to them. These properties are a safety hazard. In 1 year I had a gas leak (in which they left me without heat or hot water in the fall for a week.) And my bathroom ceiling collapsed after they ignored my requests on the matter. Please avoid for your safety. Units are owned by a slumlord. You will be overpaying for a piece of garbage apartment. Avoid at all costs.
