I would give zero stars if I could. After an accident where I crushed my hand, my engagement and wedding rings were damaged and needed to be cut off, My wedding band had very little damage other than the shank being split where it was cut off of my finger, so no surprise when it was done first. I had to sign some papers and pay my deductible for them to proceed with my engagement ring, while I was there, they returned my band. I recently purchased a beautiful diamond band ring that is gorgeous. I love it and get so many compliments (thanks Vanessa for your help). I have been purchasing jewelry here for many years. Quality jewelry, great sales, and awesome repairs. Vanessa Joe, Bill, and Dave are wonderful. I highly recommend this jeweler.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience with Urbanowicz Jewelers in Castle Shannon! 10/10 would recommend. My fiancé and I worked with Dave and he truly took so much effort and care in making sure we were each happy with our rings.
