We have engaged with Urban Ops before on a renovation at our home which we had a great experience. From the first walk around at our home to quotation, we couldn’t fault them. 5 plus years on we had the team perform a complete interior paint job at an investment property. Not only was the job completed to our satisfaction but they also engaged with Strata to tackle and fix a termite damage problem that was discovered. From the very start when Sean came to look at the bathroom renewal work that I wanted done, to the last little cleaning up bits,I found the Urban Ops team, respectful, courteous and at no times condescending. I can't recommend Urban Ops enough. They turned an open office space into 15 beautiful offices for my serviced office business 'Broadmeadow Serviced Offices' in a matter of weeks. Every request that I asked for was actioned, and was finished on time. My tenants and clients love the new premises, we have received numerous compliments on the fit out. Would definitely use Urban Ops again. Paul and the team were great to work with.
