A STRAIGHT RIP OFF
They are scamming people I have been living in there property at 6162 e 21st st and they have been pocketing our money and not sending it to the owner of this property they don't fix things and a timely manner they are very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from this property management company
AC hasn't worked since we moved in in October which was fine but now it's turning summer and been 2 weeks of calling about getting it fixed and no respone in sight. Just keep getting the "tell them what they wanna hear" from whatever person answers.
I rent from them and I have had maintenance request in for months this will be my 3rd time calling health department on urbanhaus.. beware they change up the name or put other names on properties they have had more than a dozen lawsuits against them from tenants but they do approve anyone in less than an hour
For the first 1.5 years, I would have given them 3.5 stars. Above average communication and response time, but payments came through and statements were tracked well. Now, after using them for 3 years, I wish I could give 0.25 stars. I have left 10 voicemails in 14 days, send approximately the same amount of e-mails and have not gotten a response. once.
