I called ahead to check prices and was quoted $25 for a full acrylic set. By the time I left to pay it was over a $110 for myself and my daughter to have two full sets. They nickel and dimed me on everything without telling me and it ended up costing a fortune for two very basic manicures. Guy who did my nails was also smug and somewhat rude, he seemed annoyed. This is the nicest salon I have ever been to. The moment you walk in you know this salon is on a level of its own. From the atmosphere, complementary Champaign, wine, beverages, but most importantly the service. I plan on coming here every time I'm in OKC.
Nail tech was more concerned about being on her phone than my nails. French dip looks horrible also. Will not go back for my nails.

I went there for a dip, which many nails chipped after one week. I decided to try gel the next time. It chipped after two days. Kevin did my gel, who seemed a bit angry. When he finished he said “you’re done” and promptly grabbed my not yet empty wine glass. So rude, I really wanted this place to be my go to. I did enjoy a recent pedi though. I will go back for these, but not my nails.
We enjoyed our couple pedicure yesterday and we be returning soon !!!!
The staff at Urbane is the absolute best. They take their time with each client and treat them like a King or Queen. I always take my mom and sister here when they are in town!
