Great dips and pedicures each time I come. Friendly staff.

Was one of the 1st women in the door and still an hour & a half later my nails weren’t even started...got my pedi, but it’s just a messy polish job, the man up there was rushing my tech, but she still took her time doin a mediocre job...blah
Went in for ombré And you know Ombré is supposed to be blended and as you can see it’s not. My tech put the white on first on all my fingers let’s it dry and then went back did the pink 😡 you are not suppose to be able to see the line on the white. I asked for the one pic with stones but didn’t want the stones and like I said it is not blended at all😡
I’ve gone twice now. The first time my heels were still rough, I didn’t notice until I got home. I went again today and they STILL did not do anything about my heels or any calluses. I won’t be going back.
When you walk in the door at Urbane Nails, you are greeted and someone finds out what services you want. They do their best to keep anyone from having to wait. I have both a pedicure and a manicure every three weeks and I have not seen anyone have to sit and wait for more than a minute or two. This is on top of the excellent pedicure and manicure.
I had Tianna and she was AMAZING. LOVE my pedi and mani!
It doesn’t get better than Urbane! I’ve been a customer at countless nail salons and this place takes the cake if you want luxurious ambiance, great customer service, and only the best nail services... TRACY is AMAZING and I would never go to anyone else. I’ve been a client for 3 years, and counting! Love them.
