Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because Amy gave me a FANTASTIC wax and I highly recommend her. But I got a full set of acrylics and would be going in for a fill today BUT THEY FELL OFF. Not broke, fell off of my fingers. Since I have to pay for a full set again now, I'll take my money elsewhere.
Love this place. Just sad the gel Polish is very expensive.

I love coming into urbane! The location is clean and everyone is always nice. I always request to be worked on by Amy. She is always sweet, with a smile on her face. She takes her time and is careful to meet all my needs. I have not had a bad experience with Amy. She always has positive things to say and is always willing to do anything to make the customer feel comfortable. Urbane is lucky to have such a wonderful person working for there.
