I thought about coming here, but hearing how AWFUL they are for Not keeping track of appointments, always rescheduling your appointment 5+ hours, to days later, & also not letting you know if someone is not there anymore and think it’s ok to reschedule your appointment after you walk in, is NOT okay. For me, it’s time to find someplace else!!!

I really like the this nail salon. Jacqueline is a great! And really knows her stuff when it comes to nails. Very clean salon and very nice people who work there!
I love who I request for my services but hate how the establishment constantly bumps me for walk-ins or added on services thus making me wait at times up to 45 minutes or forcing me to try a new employee or reschedule all together when I've been polite enough in the 14 years I've been going here to always make appointments, not run late or cancel last minute and am good at letting them know to add time to my services for add-ons so as not to inconvenience the following customers. Jane (manicurist) is great! She has been doing my nails for years. One of the co-owners, Tony, is a different story. This individual could use some social skills training (to say the least).
