I had two choices for an Orthodontist, and I picked Dr. McTavish hoping I made the right choice. I was more than impressed by him and every one of his staff members. He is knowledgeable, great with kids, patient, and very caring! When your child has to go through any dental procedure, you need to have an orthodontist who genuinely cares! We were referred to Dr. McTavish by the kids dentist. Everyone in the office is so amazing and accommodating. Our son had his expander installed today and everything went well. He addresed all my questions and educated us on what to expect. To top it off he called us after hours to check up on our son to see how he was doing. That was so thoughtful and very much appreciated.
After getting so many recommendations for Dr. McTavish we know we made the right choice. At our first appointment we were met with great staff and a thoughtful process to determine the best course of action for our daughter. She just had her expander installed and it went so smoothly. She wasn't concerned at all leading up to and including the day they were installed because Dr. McTavish and team made her so comfortable. We are just starting the process with our oldest daughter and are having our second appointment. We have been very impressed by Dr. McTavish and the office staff. Very professional and friendly!!
I brought my daughter for her first evaluation and everyone was very warm, friendly and quite fun. After all, costumes are a fun thing at the dentist/Orthodonist! Dr. Chris made my daughter feel very comfortable! Great job!
