I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Afr and the entire clinic staff. This is my second pregnancy receiving care at this office, and both experiences have been truly outstanding. I contacted this clinic and initially the front desk took my basic information. However, I was then informed that they do not accept United Healthcare insurance. When I tried to ask a few simple questions, the receptionist became extremely rude and unprofessional, then ended the call abruptly. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better communication and respect from a medical office.
Dr. Nancy Afr is such an awesome doctor. She is a very nice and kind doctor who wants nothing but the best for her patients. Dr. Afr and her team is fabulous and they go above and beyond to make their patients feel welcome and comfortable.
