Sent medically urgent message on July 19th, called the office after a few days of silence to be told she’d reach out. It is now August 25th and I still have not heard from her or her office in regards to my message and health. This includes after a hospital stay. This is neglect at this point as your office knows I messaged you and I am not being responded to. Please be aware of this when going to this office. She also does not think your pain is as bad as you say.

I contacted this clinic and initially the front desk took my basic information. However, I was then informed that they do not accept United Healthcare insurance. When I tried to ask a few simple questions, the receptionist became extremely rude and unprofessional, then ended the call abruptly. This was a very disappointing experience, and I expected much better communication and respect from a medical office.
