The front office staff is the most arrogant, unprofessional, rude and condescending group of women I have ever encountered! These women have no idea that it is a privilege to serve a patient. They don't like it when a patient becomes upset after they continue to harass them. They don't even understand what harassment is never mind Patient Service. Being the nut that i am and absolutly hating going to the dentist...i was so pleased with the care and treatment at urbana dental spa...everyone was friendly, decor and books! amazing choices(good job Tracey) and well to my surprize no cavities..(constant candy eater). it had be over 2 years since i went to the dentist and im so glad i chose to go see Chris..thank u again..see u in June..
