I absolutely loved, loved, LOVED living here! The apartment was perfect for my needs and is right across the street from the football stadium. It was super fun and convenient being able to walk to games! Yes parking is limited but it's kinda the price you pay to be in such a convenient location. I wouldn't have moved if it wasn't for needing a little more space. It was also such a quiet building, I pretty much never heard my neighbors. That alone was a luxury I took for granted.
The property manager is extremely rude and there’s only one visitors spot that costs $2 for both daytime and night time. Good luck trying to have family, friends, or your significant other over because nine times out of ten your visitors will get towed here and the towing company will make you pay anywhere from $110 to $140 just to get your car back.
