Personally speaking, I have found living at Urbana Apartments to be uncomfortable and more trouble than it’s worth. While I have lived here at Urbana Apartments (a little over a year and a half) there have been 3 different property managers or interim managers (soon to be 4). The exiting managers don’t appear to communicate issues and concerns to the incoming managers. Personally I see safety as an issue.
