First visit- Loved it!! Was a last-minute appointment, & everyone was fantastic!
Dr. Rudwell and the staff is very sweet and takes the time to actually give Rain the proper care instead of being in and out super quick. The facility is amazing and makes everyone feel comfortable including the animals! Thanks for the awesome service.
We took our 6yr old German Shepard (read: drama queen) Inka for our first appt yesterday. You guys: They are AMAZING! Inka was relaxed & curious, they treated her like a queen, & for the first time EVER in her life, she did not squall or bark AT ALL! Not a peep. And they have cheese lol. Dr. Rudwell is really nice, they're all wonderful to talk to, and the clinic looks fabulous! We'll definitely stay here. Louisville is extremely lucky to have UVVC. :-)
We are new patients and had our first visit today. My dog (Lady) and I both loved the place on Frankfort Avenue and we were well treated by both Vets and the other support team. We saw Dr. Rudwell and she was wonderful to deal with. She is obviously both very caring and knowledgeable. Speaking for Lady, we would recommend this place to others!
