RecommendedI have been to many vets with my dog who had cancer. Urban Village is by far the best place I have ever visited. Dr. Fruit, Dr. Redwell and their staff are all incredibly nice, thoughtful, and caring. Their prices are very fair and you're informed about all costs before anything is done. They understood my unique situation and offered options for care, but never made me feel pressured to take on treatments I didn't want to put my dog through. I cannot recommend Urban Village enough. They have taken excellent care of our two cats and new pup since we moved to this neighborhood a little over a year ago. We’ve seen Dr. Fruit and Dr. Rudwell, and they are both excellent, as are their techs, Erin, Amberly, Amanda, Zach, and everyone we have encountered. The entire staff is kind, patient, and thoughtful in the care they provide. I love this place! Dr. Fruit and her staff are so very friendly and very personable. I first used them to have my cat Ramsay put down. Unfortunately, my normal vet retired without any warning. So, I had to find a vet that could help me with my situation. Urban Village were very kind and took us in as a new patient. I have another cat Joe and a kitten Louie also. Plus a small dog Jeannie. I cannot say enough about the doctors and the employees at this beautiful facility! From making your pets comfortable during a routine check up or easing the minds of a worried fur parent, they always know how to take care of the situation. I was lazy about finding a new Vet for my Pug, but am glad I finally did and went here. Beautiful, clean space. Efficient and friendly staff. And they treated an ear infection I had no idea existed but had likely been there for a very long time despite another Vet seeing my dog. He’s my less itchy and stinky now since we treated the ear infection which I’ve been after these two for years. Will return.
I absolutely love the décor, the feel and the energy of this veterinary office. I also love that they have snacks and drinks for the animal owners. Everyone is so kind that it is beyond amazing. You don't find totally amazing staff much anymore. Much appreciated💕🐶💕
I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Blessed that we found them when we moved here about 6 months ago from Texas.
