Had a good experience when I went for the first time to take my senior doggy for water therapy. I just utilised the pool. It's close to my home and affordable. I was able to take my doggy in the pool for a quick session and had everything I needed. The only life jacket that fit her was torn so the floaty part started coming out a bit while swimming but not enough to pose a safety issue and it worked enough to serve our purpose. Already booked for next week and plan on trying to take my little doggy too.
Hesitated to take my dog for grooming b/c Marina is gone, but he needed a bath and brushing out. When I picked up he looked fine, but when we got home I realized there is NO comparison to Marina's grooming. BTW, she is not retired! She will be grooming somewhere soon. We have taken Cato here since he was a puppy. He received his 'boot camp' puppy training here, and goes to daycare 4-5 times a week. We have also boarded him here on a few overnights. We can't recommend Urban Tails enough. Gretchen, Nancy and their entire staff treats our dog as if he were their own. If they see something unusual (ie if he's not feeling well), they always let us know immediately. Rude front desk lady, granted she was doing her but learn how to speak to customers better. No bulldog meetups here anymore. Charge a fortune and ignorant staff... No thanks.
