I can't say enough good things about Urban Tails! My 2 rescue GSD LOVE playing here & have so much fun. The staff is always so friendly & helpful & truly love my girls as much as we do....it really shows! I never worry when I leave them for the day or leave them for boarding. I know they are well taken care.
Thanks Urban Tails for taking care of my puppy, Stetson, while I was on vacation. After a scrambling to find somewhere to board my 2 month old puppy, Urban Tails come to the rescue. They took care of him, and he came home a happy pup. I will be bringing him back soon. Thank y'all!
I have an 11 year old dog with epilepsy that I'm nervous about boarding anywhere. The staff at Urban Tails made me feel comfortable and took amazing care of my old girl. They had no issues with all her medications and knowing someone was there 24 hours a day took much of my worries away. Thank you for caring for Taki the same way I do. We will definitely be back again if she needs to be boarded.
