Maggie loved swimming here and alway had a good experience when she stayed overnight. Maggie is no longer with us and we miss her so much. She lived a long and happy life and brought us so much joy. Looking forward to introducing Max our new family member to Maggie’s favorite place.

We have been using Urban Tails for about a year for grooming and overnight stays when we travel. We’ve always felt like our dogs are well cared for but it was really confirmed over the Thanksgiving holiday, which I know for a fact they were booked. We pay an extra fee for our dogs to get one on one play time and the staff always text us so we can watch our babies play! Seeing their happy wagging tails gives us so much comfort. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Urban Tails!!! I have had the hardest time finding a groomer that will listen to what Ralphie needs due to his itchy skin and corse hair. Rho is wonderful and she did exactly what I asked! The entire staff was so sweet to my little nugget and so polite and friendly to us! Won’t take my little man anywhere else! Only downfall is Ralphie now knows exactly how handsome he is and has been giving me this stare like I’m his servant (I totally am)

My 7 year old lab is over weight due to her bad knees. She absolutely loves going swimming at urban tails! She’s lost 10lbs so far and hopefully more to come. Thanks Urban Tails!
