I purchased furniture from this store back in April. Like many, I was awed by the store and the style of furniture. I was walking out the door headed back to Ashley Furniture when I was stopped by a sales person. He told me he could get anything that Ashely had at a cheaper price. Which he did. That's when things started to go down hill. I paid for the furniture and delivery in full same day. I was told the furniture would be in within 3 weeks. I received no call. Amazing store!! Ordered a living room and bedroom set from Jennifer, and we love it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very pleased with the deal we got, and the service Jennifer provided us. Definitely will be going back to fill the rest of our house!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to contact Ashley furniture corporate to get the ball rolling on replacing my couch under warranty after being lied to by management at urban for two months that it was being taken care of. When my new couch arrived the delivery drivers from urban tore up my apartment walls and floors. I immediately contacted store management and provided photos and was told by Mike he would get back with me...two weeks later still no word. I strongly suggest this store to anyone looking for stylish and unique furniture. I was out shopping and stumbled across this place and wow!!! what an amazing store, saved me a lot of time. Mike helped me find a beautiful bedroom suit at a reasonable price. I had it delivered today and the delivery guys were amazing. I strongly suggest to anyone looking for new furniture!
Love Love Love!!! I just got a new apartment and a friend referred me to Urban Styles..Almost felt like I was walking into a furniture store out in Los Angeles. Costumer service was amazing. Mike (store manager) was so helpful with getting my furniture ready and making sure it was delivered the day I moved in. I strongly recommend Urban Styles!!

I just moved to the area, found this place by accident. WOW...it is the coolest store I ever seen. Thanks to Mike for helping me out. I moved into my apartment with nothing and he delivered my furniture two days later. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs any kind of furniture of home decor!!
Buyers beware. Would love to like this store but customers are not a priority. Bought a chair on a whim after stopping in. Didn't fit at home and wife didn't agree to it either. No big deal I thought, I'll return it. Nope. Apparently they don't take any returns. First I've heard of this as was not noted to me nor did I sign anything to that fact. Love the furniture in this store. They have something for everyone here. We bought not only our bedroom furniture set but also a buffet table we are getting delivered tomorrow. Our furniture is gorgeous and was a great price as well. We are very happy with the service which we received from Jimi and the delivery people were great as well. We would not have gone back to buy more if we didn't like the store. Will definitely recommend to our friends. Invoice number 10945
