Very nice store, great displays. We visited 3 times before purchasing. Sales staff was very helpful. Once we did decide to purchase they made it extremely easy. Great place.
I loved the store from the moment we walked in. The vibe of the store was relaxed yet helpful and their selection was top notch!
As a current interior design student, I was looking for unique new pieces for my home, and was not disappointed! Everything is beautiful and so many different styles throughout the store. Service was great. The manager, Mike, helped answer all of my questions and delivery options! Would definitely recommend!
We have been going to this store for several years now and purchased tables, art, couches, chairs, and all kind of stuff. There simply is no other store that had the variety of items as this place. If you need design ideas this is the place to go. They don’t have the usual boring same ol’ stuff. This place is like a circus inside. We absolutely love their creativity. The quality of furniture they sell is very poor. We purchased two leather couches about two years ago and the fabric is falling apart and the structure of the couches is poor. These are not the primary couches we use everyday. If they were they would have falling apart I'm sure in the first 6 months. They sell very poor quality items at a very high price.
This Furniture Store is so different than all the other furniture stores in town. It is not boring like all the other stores. The service is great! They just opened a new mattress shop with the whole Serta mattress line. The whole staff is very nice and helpful. i would highly recommend Urban Home Furniture!!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Worst customer service ever. Prior to selling you furniture, they (Mike and Jimi in particular) seem courteous, but this changes the minute your credit card is swiped. They only care about the selling, and not the follow through to delivery. The seating group we ordered was not what was delivered to our house. Actually, we never saw the actual set we ordered. Our experience has been one that couldn't have even been imagined. We decided have the a couch delivered on a Wed. We were contacted Tuesday evening ensuring that the delivery would be "first thing in the morning, but they may be a little late." Then Wed. happened...by noon, my wife called the store only to get treated extremely poorly by a manager, told by that manager that she "should not shop there" then hung up on by said manager. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. The first time they were suppose to deliver a bed and mattress between 12-5pm, we were on the phone for hours because the bed was torn and no replacement could be made for over a week and the bed frame wasn't delivered until 10:30pm by a random person in a pickup truck. Then when the mattress came in we asked for it to be delivered by 2pm, and it wasn't delivered until after 7:30pm causing us to miss multiple appointments.
