I’ve been going for a 2 months. Had frozen shoulder when I started after a break up. My right side felt deadened and my ROM was 50% of what the other side could do. I couldn’t dead hang anymore (and I used to do pull ups - about 5 unassisted) and I could put the squat bar on my traps because I couldn’t externally rotate my shoulder to hold it.
