I wanted to give my appreciation and thanks to Urban Sophisticats , my Luna cat can be a bit bitchy on Spa day, and the their team managed to get her spa day done with a shampoo blow dry nail trim and a lion cut with now issues. Luna cat is so happy and feels so good. Thanks guys you all rock !
I cannot even begin to tell you how wonderful Rachel and Shain are! They worked us in and made our scrappy Tom cat look like a runway model. Had I known what this would do for his coat, I would have done it years ago. They treated him so well and when he came home he acted like nothing happened and was so happy. We will be in every 6 weeks now. I would highly recommend for any cat (ours is 12 and had never been groomed).

This is not your typical groomer that works out of a chain pet store. Rachel is a consummate professional, and takes great care to see that your pet is happy and comfortable during the process. We have long two hair Persians, and they can be very difficult to groom. comb outs are tough, and our cats seem to have sensitive skin. They come back clean and happy, and not freaked out about their day at the groomer. They cost a bit more than the Pet Store people, but the difference is worth it. Call and make your appointment. We've bathed our long hair cat at home many times, but let her air dry and she trembles and shakes the rest of the day. She was SO much softer, cleaner and happier when she came home after having been professionally done. What a difference! Also, the shop is incredibly cute!
Rachael is awesome,my 2 cats came home clean relaxed and she took great care.will definitely be back.
