My official review is 4 stars. First of all the customer service is unbeatable (not to mention the yummy coffee they serve! Lol) Here are the reasons why I couldn't give it 5 stars. 1) I went early in the morning and the hot water wasn't turned on yet so my hair washing was with cool to lukewarm water. Not very relaxing. 2) my girl seemed to have a hard time braiding my hair because it was too soft. I get that, but that's why I choose to go to THIS salon, because its very diverse and latinos are notorious for being able to h... read more
