Very professional skills. Great service.
We are here on business visiting from BC and I booked an appointment a couple weeks in advance to relax after a long flight. Nicole was absolutely amazing and super friendly. I ended up booking another appointment for the next day. Urban Retreat is very clean, quiet, comfy beds, great location and the hot towel, hot stones and Indian head massage were to die for. I wish we were here longer so I could book in with Nicole again or hide her in my suitcase to take back to BC with me. Best massage I've ever had!
The massage was excellent. The facilities were clean and inviting. Absolutely recommend.
