I must admit that Urban Retreat is my clinic of choice in Downtown Halifax. As soon as you enter their massage room, you know you're in for a good treat. I love that the room is dark and solely illuminated by lamps, setting up a very relaxing atmosphere. They also have heated pads for the bed which you can choose to be turned on or not.
