Procedure for requesting a progress report is minimum of two weeks before your court hearing. I had a court hearing in August and I had asked the correct amount of time for a progress report and was only given to me after my court hearing which resulted in me getting penalized and extending my court hearings I have tried calling and emailing and no one has responded. The receptionist even said she would give me a call back within the hour. I did not receive a call back so I tried calling 30 minutes before they closed 15 time... read more

I honestly love this place. I go to group and individual therapy here and it honestly has changed my life so much. I’ve gained so many skills and knowledge on bettering my mental health. My therapist Shanelle is awesome!! She understands me and I never felt so comfortable with a therapist ever. She’s so accommodating as well to my personal needs to where she went out her way to and bought supplies for me to paint while we have sessions. And checks in on me every now and then even when I’m not in sessions. My group therapist ... read more

I've had some bad experiences with these places but this was among the worst. All I did was ask the unhelpful secretary (who called me) to speak to her manager so I could be better assisted and she snapped, yelling and calling me crazy before hanging up on me. Then when I called back she mocked me for being poor. She literally had the nerve to ask for my social while screaming at me through the phone. How is that normal or ok? This was not the first time this woman exhibited unprofessional behavior when calling me for info. ... read more

I had therapy with Larry Crawford for about a month. I stopped the sessions because he never offered any insight or talked much. I did most of the talking and he just sat there and would say a couple things to me in a 45 minute session. He never challenged me, gave interventions or asked follow up questions. I felt like I was just talking to myself and not getting anything from the sessions so I got bored with his lazy approach to therapy and found someone that actually practices therapy.
