Store with LOTS of possibilities! I was just commenting the other day to my very chic sister-in-law how I love the Tuscan style, but that's all people in St George seem to be decorating around these days, and that we need more variety. Loved it! I just returned from a girls trip to St. George and where we found Urban Renewal. We are all passionate about decorating and found some items in Urban Renewal that were gems! The prices were wonderful and we will be back.
consignment guru I have been taking items to Urban Renewal for about the last two years for consignment. For the last few months items have been "disposed" or "lost". They can't seem to find them or take it upon themselves to "dispose of" even when I ask for the item back. A few months ago, they couldn't find the items that I brought in...all of them! When I received the consignment report all the items were just marked "disposed of". I have requested all the unsold items be returned to me but they just take the time to care... read more
Seriously? Did you just SAY THAT?? By far the worst customer service ever. I will never shop there again. Sadly, most people in Saint George are really nice, but the people there seem to think that people don't matter. Somebody needs to tell the people who work there that they are EMPLOYEES and making an HOURLY RATE, and are really in no position to be looking down their nose at people and putting on an attitude. Just my opinion.
Best kept secret in St George Fun, industrial, shabby chic, up-cycled and vintage shop. I visit St. George several times a year and I'm never disappointed when I stop by Urban Renewal. My daughter and I always make it a point to eat at 25 Main and then hop up the street to Urban Renewal. There is so much to see that we want to show up full of energy and ready to shop!
Hip and Humble Shop for Home and Body This is a really neat little store in St. George, offering amazing vintage furniture finds, new pieces, heaps of home accessories and some thrifted and locally designed clothing and accessories. The layout is fun and funky if a little cluttered and you could spend a good deal of time picking up interesting trinkets and scoping out one of a kind pieces of furniture for your home. Urban Renewal is Awesome This place is nothing like any other. The stuff in there is just so.... might I say unique. Its about time St. George gets some thing different, rather than Bullivard home furnishings ughh : / Its awesome.
